You must be at least 18 years of age to open a jbajje account and place any wager. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
Each individual player may hold exactly one jbajje account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, jbajje reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
jbajje supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Processing times and minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in your account dashboard.
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first. jbajje reserves the right to void bonus funds awarded in error or obtained through abuse.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. jbajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including accounts involved in fraud, collusion, chargebacks, or abuse of promotions.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Use of the jbajje Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. jbajje reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to jbajje's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending resolution.
The Platform is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jbajje makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh.
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and for feiture of any Account Balance.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jbajje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding wagers, and retain any balances pending a full investigation.
The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on jbajje:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. jbajje will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report a security breach to our support team.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify jbajje support immediately. Contact details are provided in Section 13 of these Terms. jbajje will investigate all reported breaches and may temporarily suspend the Account during the investigation period.
jbajje may at any time request that you complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). This may include submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. jbajje reserves the right to limit Account functionality for unverified accounts.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jbajje may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as stated in the Account dashboard. Players will be notified by their registered contact method before any dormancy fee is applied. You may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the jbajje support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, jbajje will process any eligible remaining Balance to your registered payment method before closing the Account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
jbajje currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional methods may be added from time to time and will be displayed in the Account dashboard. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although jbajje reserves the right to request additional verification for large deposits at its sole discretion.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder may be voided and returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jbajje does not support multi-currency accounts or foreign currency conversion.
All wagers placed on the jbajje Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that specific product.
A wager is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. jbajje reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or market conditions being displayed.
Wagers may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond the applicable settlement window; verified technical errors in odds display; or evidence of match manipulation or corruption. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account Balance.
In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening during live events. jbajje does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open for the entire duration of any event. Bets accepted during network disruptions or connection interruptions remain the Player's responsibility.
All casino games available on jbajje use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested for fairness. jbajje does not manipulate game outcomes. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as provided by the respective game studios and are available upon request.
Promotional offers are available to eligible Players as determined by the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Players with a verified Account in good standing who have not previously received the same promotion. jbajje reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games contribution rates, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated at the point of the offer. Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will expire and be removed from the Account Balance.
jbajje actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk staking strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; and colluding with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, jbajje reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the Account.
jbajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players through the Account dashboard or registered contact method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jbajje.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jbajje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
jbajje does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical outages may temporarily affect access. jbajje will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jbajje expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
jbajje collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jbajje uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data in transit. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.
jbajje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the Account dashboard notification system or registered contact method at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address urgent security concerns.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
